At Nourish’d, we work with an external shipping courier that has specific limitations we must adhere to. Below, are the limitations in place for deliveries:

Delivery Limitations

• Entryways/Foyers: Couriers are unable to go beyond entryways or foyers for safety reasons.

• Low Visibility Areas: Deliveries in poorly lit areas or during nighttime may be limited to ensure visibility and safety.

• Stairs/Elevators: In multi-story buildings, couriers may not be able to bring packages directly to your door. In the case of stairs, couriers can only walk up one flight of stairs. This means that we can’t always guarantee that deliveries will reach your front door, as this can depend on the driver’s discretion and the specific circumstances of each delivery.

These measures are in place to protect both the couriers and your packages. If your address cannot accommodate these limitations, we recommend using an alternative address for delivery.
