How To Pause My Subscription?Updated 7 months ago
If you need to pause your subscription, follow these simple steps:
Go to Your Account Dashboard: Log into your account.
Access Account Status: Under the QuickView section, find Account Status. Click the dropdown menu and select Paused.
Choose a Resume Date: You’ll be prompted to select a resume date. Choose the Wednesday before you want your next box delivered, then click APPLY.
Update Your Subscription: Click Update Subscription to save your changes.
And that's it!
Important Note:
All subscription changes must be submitted by Wednesday at 12PM. Changes requested after this time will need to be handled by our customer service team here.
