If you're an NDIS participant with an agency-managed plan, getting started with us is easy! Follow the simple steps below to create your account, place your orders, and enjoy a seamless experience. We're here to help every step of the way—let’s get you set up!
Step 1: Submit Your Service Agreement
To begin, please complete and submit your Service Agreement. You can access the form here.
Step 2: Endorse Caveman Kitchen (If Using PACE)
If your NDIS plan is managed through the PACE system, you will need to endorse Caveman Kitchen Pty Ltd in the My Provider section.

If you're not using PACE or are unsure about your system, please contact us to let us know!
Step 3: Receive Your Account Details
Once we receive your signed Service Agreement, our customer service team will reach out within 5-10 business days with your account details. These details will allow you to log in and start placing orders.
Step 4: Placing Your Order
Once your account is active, follow these steps to place an order:
- Log in to your account.
- At checkout, you will only need to pay the copayment amount.
- The remaining 80% will be automatically billed to your NDIS service booking, ensuring a seamless experience.
Shipping Information
For NDIS participants, the cost of shipping will be billed directly to your NDIS plan, so you will not need to pay for shipping out of pocket. This makes your meals more accessible!
