I Am With a Home Care Provider: How Do I Get Started?Updated 6 months ago

Welcome to the Nourish'd Help Centre! If you’re a participant with a registered Home Care provider, follow these steps to set up your account and start placing orders.

Step 1: Check Your Provider Is Listed

Before you start, please confirm that your Home Care provider is registered and listed in our system. To do that click here: Homecare List and scroll down to "Want to order meals through your Home Care Package Funds?" to see if we work with your provider!

Once you've verified that we work with your provider, proceed to the next steps.

Step 2: Place Your Order

How to Complete Your Order

1. Add meals to cart ($68 order min.)
2. Click on "Checkout."
3. Enter Your Email Address.
4. Choose Your Subscription: Select the subscription plan you prefer, or indicate if this is a one-time order.
5. Do You Have Homecare? Click "Yes" and select your homecare provider from the list.
6. Payment: During checkout, you will only need to pay your copayment amount. The remaining balance will be automatically billed to your Home Care provider, ensuring a seamless experience for you.
