At Nourish’d, subscription orders are generated automatically every Wednesday at 12 PM, even if you haven’t selected your meals. If it’s after midday on a Wednesday and you’re not satisfied with your subscription order selections, follow these steps to change them:
How to Change Your Order
Log into Your Account: Access your account dashboard.
Find Your Order: Scroll down to locate your current order.
Change Your Order: Click the green button labeled 'CHANGE ORDER' at the bottom.
Select New Meals: You will be directed to the Menu page to choose your new meal options.
Update Your Cart: Once you’re happy with your selections, click the 'UPDATE' button at the bottom of Your Cart on the right side of the screen. Wait for the confetti animation to appear (this may take a few seconds).
Automatic Adjustment: The difference between your old and new order will be automatically charged or refunded.
