These are general guidelines. We encourage all our customers to make choices and adjust based on their individual appetites!

Below are our meal sizes along with their recommended caloric ranges:

Regular:

  • Weight: 220 - 320 grams
  • Calories: 300 - 420

Large:
  • Weight: 320 - 420 grams
  • Calories: 440 - 600

Extra Large:

  • Weight: 420 - 540 grams
  • Calories: 560 - 780

Family Size:

  • Designed to feed a family of 4, with children under 10.


These are general guidelines, and we encourage everyone to make choices based on personal appetite and activity level. Adjust your meal size as needed to fit your lifestyle!
